Lock in your early bird price rate with a $300 per person deposit before March 1st. Or pay in full, $1,600 for single occupancy or $1,315 per person for double occupancy for an ~20% discount.
Must be +21 and up, have a valid passport to travel within the dates or if a non-US citizen any travel necessary documentation
All registration costs, except for non-refundable deposit, will be returned if you request a cancellation before May 24th, which is 30 days prior to event. Cancellations made between May 24th and June 19th, will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of full registration fee. No-Shows and Cancellations made after June 19th, will be charged full value of registration. Cancellations must be received in writing. Additional terms and fees may apply to Partial Room cancellations.

Terms and Conditions:
INCLUDED IN JOURNEYS
All accommodations and meals at Hotel Restaurants during regular operational hours. Unlimited international open bar by the glass, at Hotel Restaurants and Bars during regular operational hours (for the exception of wine and select spirits). In-room minibar. Free Wi-Fi throughout the Hotel. No Resort Fee. Taxes & Gratuities.
Excursions and sightseeing as noted in the itinerary. Gratuities for tour operators.
Airport ground transfers to/from event hotel (not including gratuities) regardless of day of arrival and departure.
NOT INCLUDED IN JOURNEYS
International and domestic airfares, costs associated with obtaining passports or entry visas; reciprocity and other border fees; airport departure taxes, baggage and excess baggage charges; gratuities to and from the resort/housekeeping/valet and bell service; meals and drinks outside of the Event Resort other than those specified in the itinerary; any activity or excursion outside the published itinerary; spa or salon services; and personal expenses such as laundry, communication charges, Internet access and all hotel incidentals.
ROOM UPGRADES/SPECIAL REQUESTS
Upgrades are available on request at event hotel at your own additional cost if applicable. Specific requests such as adjacent or connecting rooms, bedding requests, smoking rooms and special dietary needs should be advised at time of booking. Please note that while every effort will be made to secure a special request, it cannot be guaranteed.
ITINERARIES
ASL Passport reserves the right to modify program itineraries, including arranged sightseeing, and substitute accommodations, including vessels, boat and bus, at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond ASL’s control. Every effort will be made to operate itineraries as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued.
AIRFARE
International or domestic airfare (to the journey starting point and from the ending point) is NOT included in program pricing.
MISSED ITINERARY EVENT
All itinerary events are optional. All itinerary events departure times may adjust with little notice. All participants are expected to arrive on time for scheduled departures or risk missing the activity. Refunds are not made for any missed itinerary events. Guests assume their own risk and costs, transporting themselves to activities.
PHOTOGRAPHY DURING TRAVEL
ASL reserves the right to take photographs and video during the operation of any program or part thereof and to use them for promotional purposes during the program and thereafter. By booking a program with ASL Passport, guests agree to allow their images to be used in such photographs and video. Guests who prefer that their images not be used are asked to identify themselves to their Resident Tour Director at the beginning of their program.
CHILD POLICY
The ASL Passport journey is reserved for adults only. Only those aged 21+ will be allowed to attend itinerary events, including excursions and ASL Carnival party. Guests are strongly advised not to bring children, as the costs, safety and security and guardianship of children are at the responsibility of the guest.
FORCE MAJEURE/FORCE OF NATION
ASL Passport reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event in the case of a major world event adversely affecting international travel patterns or other circumstances beyond ASL Passport’s control.
